In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) 34/2014 regarding consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract, with the only cost being the postal return fees, within 14 working days from receiving the product, without penalties and without providing any reason.
If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase according to the clause above, they are required to return the product exactly in the condition in which it was delivered, meaning in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered, and in perfect working order. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer is not entitled to request a refund of the price. The return of the product shall be made to the headquarters of MAXSAFE ENERGY SRL, exclusively at the Buyer’s expense. The refund to the Buyer will not be made before the product is received and MAXSAFE ENERGY SRL confirms that it is in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered, and in perfect working order.
According to the ordinance, products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly are exempt from return.
For orders paid by bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the same account used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
